1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pluma ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pluma is a personal health tracking application designed to help individuals on GLP-1 medications log doses, track weight, manage appointment notes, and follow medication escalation guides.

Pluma is a personal organisational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. See Section 4 for important limitations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pluma.

4. Medical Disclaimer

⚕️ IMPORTANT: Pluma is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Medication escalation schedules are informational references only. Your actual dose schedule must always be determined and supervised by your prescribing healthcare professional. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately (112 in the EU).

5. Licence

Roberto Hortal grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pluma on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App commercially.

6. Your Data and Responsibility

All data you enter into Pluma is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining backups of your device. We are not responsible for data lost due to device failure, uninstallation, or factory reset.

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Pluma may offer optional paid features ("Pluma Pro") via an in-app subscription. If you subscribe:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's app store account settings
Refunds are handled according to Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBERTO HORTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE APP.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. EU residents may access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice or update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
