Refund Policy
Overview
All purchases made through Pluma are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policies of Google and Apple respectively.
Google Play (Android)
Google Play offers a 2-hour refund window for apps and in-app purchases, after which refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund:
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Find your Pluma Pro subscription
- Select "Manage" → "Cancel subscription" or contact Google Play support
Apple App Store (iOS)
Apple handles all refund requests for App Store purchases.
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Pluma Pro purchase and select "Request a Refund"
Our Policy
While we cannot process refunds directly, we will always respond to concerns at [email protected] within 5 business days and assist you with the refund process.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. You retain access to Pluma Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Pluma → Cancel
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pluma → Cancel
Free Tier
The core features of Pluma are free and will remain free. You are never required to subscribe.
