Is Pluma free?
Yes. Core features — dose logging, weight tracking, medication guide, and appointments — are free forever. A Pluma Pro subscription unlocks additional features like weight charts, achievements, and data export.
Does Pluma require an account or internet connection?
No. Pluma works fully offline. No account, no login, no internet required. Your data stays on your device at all times.
Which medications does Pluma support?
Pluma currently supports Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), and Liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza). You can also add a custom medication with your own dose schedule.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
All data stored by Pluma is deleted when you uninstall the app. We do not have copies of your data. If you have your device's system backup enabled (Android Auto Backup or iCloud Backup), your data may be included in that backup and can be restored when you reinstall.
How do I cancel my Pluma Pro subscription?
Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Pluma → Cancel.
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pluma → Cancel.
You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is Pluma available in Spanish?
Yes. Pluma fully supports English and Spanish (Spain), including the medication guides. You can switch language anytime in Settings.
Is Pluma a medical device?
No. Pluma is a personal tracking and organisational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace the guidance of your doctor. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
How do I request deletion of my data (GDPR)?
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time by removing entries in the app or uninstalling Pluma. We hold no data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. For questions, contact us below.
